1. Your six months

Your six months begin the day your access goes live, not the day you register.

The membership costs nothing. We do not ask for a payment method and we do not keep a card on file.

Nothing renews on its own and no charge is generated at any point.

Access to the Academy and to the Discord community ends on day 181. We will invite you to continue as a paying member before that date. If your answer is no, nothing happens and nothing is charged.

Your own notes and anything you wrote yourself stay with you. The Academy material stays with the Academy.

2. What we will never do

This section matters more than usual right now. Read it and hold us to it.

Anyone who contacts you claiming otherwise is not us. Report it under §5 and do not reply.

Independent Bitcoin security specialists are a separate case. They may open a private conversation when the matter is sensitive, and §6 explains how to check that the account writing to you is genuine.

An extended public key (xpub) is not secret signing material and cannot spend your Bitcoin. But it can reveal extensive information about the addresses, balances, and transaction history associated with that wallet or account. Treat it as sensitive private information. Share it only when you understand exactly why it is needed and who is receiving it.

3. The material

The Academy videos, the documents, and the posts Oliver publishes inside the club are part of a paid product. His public essays and the Bitcoin Intelligence Report are published openly and this section does not cover them.

You may not:

Record, download, screen-capture, mirror or re-upload the videos or documents.

Republish, translate, or repackage the material in any form, paid or free.

Give someone else your login, your password or your account. Passing along the join link is fine. Your own access is yours alone.

Feed the material into an AI model, dataset or automated system.

You may talk about what you learned, in your own words, anywhere you want. That is not a violation and we encourage it.

4. Conduct

Membership is subject to the Community Rules published in the Discord server.

Conduct that threatens another member's Bitcoin, privacy, or security may result in immediate and permanent removal. We reserve the right to determine whether other violations warrant a warning, temporary restriction, or permanent removal.

Removal applies to you as a person rather than to an account, so a new account does not reset it. Because the membership costs nothing, removal generates no refund.

Moderators delete off-topic posts, duplicates and noise as routine housekeeping. That is not a violation and it carries no consequence.

5. Reporting

Post a screenshot in the support channel if you receive an unsolicited direct message claiming to be Oliver or a member of the staff, if an account presents itself as staff or as a Bitcoin security specialist without carrying one of the roles listed in §6, or if anyone asks for a seed phrase, offers to recover lost coins, or offers to manage your money. Do not engage and do not click anything.

We cannot protect or recover funds voluntarily sent to an impersonator or third party outside our official channels.

6. This is education

The Bitcoin Master Club provides education. Nothing in the Academy, in the community, or in any communication from us is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a solicitation. Every decision about your own Bitcoin is yours, made on your own judgment and at your own risk. All investments carry the risk of loss.

Members are not staff. Anything another member tells you is that member's opinion, and any arrangement you make with another member is between the two of you.

Never install software, connect a wallet, scan a QR code, or sign a transaction merely because another member tells you to. Verify the request through an official channel first.

Bitcoin security assistance

From time to time, independent Bitcoin security specialists may participate in designated club channels to provide education and technical assistance. They do not take custody of your Bitcoin, control your keys, or make decisions for you.

A specialist may open a private conversation with you when the matter is sensitive. Before you reply, open that account's profile in Discord and look at its roles. Club staff carry Admin or Moderator. The independent specialists carry BTC Security Desk. An account without one of those three roles is not one of ours, whatever its display name says. A name can be copied and a role cannot.

No specialist, moderator, staff member, or other person assisting through the club should ever need your seed phrase, private keys, passphrase, PIN, or other secret signing material.

You remain responsible for verifying and approving every action involving your wallet, keys, transactions, and Bitcoin. No specialist will ask you to surrender control of your wallet or signing devices in order to assist you.

Bitcoin security and wallet guidance is educational and technical assistance. It is not a guarantee against loss, theft, device failure, software failure, user error, or compromise. We are here to help you understand the principles and trade-offs, identify unnecessary single points of failure, and build a security architecture appropriate for your situation.

7. Your information

We collect your name, email address, phone number and country to give you access and to communicate with you about the club. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time and will still receive the messages needed to run your access.

Live sessions are recorded. Your Discord username or your Zoom display name may appear in the recording.

Assume that anything you post in a community channel can be seen by every other member, even though redistribution of private member information is prohibited. Do not disclose the amount of Bitcoin you own unless you deliberately choose to do so.

8. Changes

We may close registration for this complimentary membership at any time. Closing registration does not affect anyone already enrolled.

We may update these terms. If a change affects your access materially, we will tell you by email.

This is a room full of people who own Bitcoin, which makes it a target. Everything below exists to keep the room safe.

Part 1 · Immediate and permanent removal

Anything that reaches another member's coins

1. 1. Asking any member for a seed phrase, private key, passphrase, hardware-wallet PIN, backup file, QR code containing a secret, wallet recovery material or signing credentials. No reason makes this acceptable.
2. 2. Offering wallet recovery, fund recovery, or any service that involves access to someone's coins.
3. 3. Posting links to tools that check, scan, sweep or “verify” a wallet.
4. 4. Offering to trade, invest or manage another member's money.
5. 5. Asking any member to send Bitcoin or funds anywhere.

Anything that pretends to be us

1. 6. Presenting yourself as Oliver Velez, as staff, as a Bitcoin security specialist, or as club support, in the server or in direct messages.

Anything that exposes a member

1. 7. Posting another member's personal information, holdings, losses, screenshots of private conversations, or anything shared here in confidence.
2. 8. Scraping the server, or running bots that collect members or messages.
3. 9. Harassment, threats, or attacks on a person for who they are.

Coming back after removal

1. 10. Returning with another account after being removed.

Part 2 · Warning, temporary restriction, or removal

1. 11. Sending unsolicited direct messages to members. This covers offers, services, newsletters, signals, courses, other communities and referral links.
2. 12. Promoting altcoins, tokens, presales, MLM schemes or affiliate offers.
3. 13. Recording, downloading, re-uploading, translating or repackaging Academy videos, documents, or Oliver's posts inside the club.
4. 14. Giving someone else your username, your password or your account so they can use your membership. Passing along the join link is fine and you are welcome to invite people. What you cannot hand over is the access that belongs to you.
5. 15. Feeding club material into an AI model or dataset.

Talking about what you learned, in your own words, outside the club is fine. Say it anywhere you like.

Protect yourself

What we will never do

Staff and specialists are identified by their role in this server. Open the person's profile and look at the roles listed there:

A display name can be copied. A role cannot.

Assistance begins in the channel whenever practical. If a member's situation requires a private conversation, a moderator or Bitcoin security specialist may direct that conversation to Discord direct messages, and a specialist may be the one who opens it. Before you reply to any of those messages, open the profile and check for one of the three roles. An account without one is not one of ours. Staff never open a conversation in your direct messages, so an unsolicited message presenting itself as staff is never legitimate.

If someone tries

If you receive an unsolicited direct message claiming to be Oliver or a moderator, if an account presents itself as staff or as a specialist without carrying one of the three roles, or if anything feels unusual, take a screenshot, post it in the support channel, and stop there. Do not reply and do not click anything. Reporting takes ten seconds and it protects the person after you.

What is not a rule

Moderators delete off-topic posts, duplicates and noise as housekeeping. That costs you nothing and it is not a violation.

Disagreement is welcome here. These rules are about keeping people from getting robbed.
